We have a "1st return on us" policy. Items that have been unworn and unwashed may be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. We do not offer refunds (unless there is a manufacturer defect and the replacement item is sold out), however we do issue store credits via gift card for you to use on a future purchase with us. 

Items must be in original condition and packaging. Clearance, discounted, nor intimate apparel items such as; bodysuits, lingerie, under garments, nor swim wear will be accepted for return. 

1st return shipping cost will be on us, all return shipping cost thereafter will be at the expense of the buyer.

RETURN PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via email, it will be under review. Once your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions to return the item. Again, we do NOT offer refunds nor accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Once your returned item(s) are received, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If signs of wear or tear is detected, we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once your return has been approved, you will then be emailed a gift card with your store credit amount that can be used on your next purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. We cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received, due to order volumes varying.

Exchanges 

You're able to exchange an item for an item of less/equal/higher value if you so choose to accept a store credit for any lower priced item, or pay the difference in amount for a higher priced item  (shipping fee must be covered by the customer). This will still require you to follow the return process. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items not ending in $.99 are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. In the event of an unauthorized return, Fashion 235 reserves the right charge a 50% restocking fee.

Bodysuits, lingerie, and swim wear are FINAL SALE due to their delicate nature.
