SHIPPING POLICY 

We use USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. Once your order has been received and your payment has been verified, please allow up to 2 business days to receive tracking information.

All tracking information will be sent via email unless you selected to also receive tracking via text at checkout. Once tracking has been received, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier system to reflect movement.  

When selecting free shipping, please be mindful your order may take up to 7 business days or more to arrive at your door depending on your location.

All issues involving delays in transit, or missing packages must be handled by the carrier, as this is beyond our control. We will work closely with our customers and the carrier to assure any insurance claim get handled in a timely manner. 

Please note all ETA dates shown at checkout are based on next business day shipping timeframes. 

All orders $100+ will require a signature upon delivery.

  Shipment to P.O. boxes

 www.fashion235.com ships to addresses within the U.S., and  U.S. Territories. UPS doesn't accept PO boxes, therefore any order with a PO box address, will be shipped via USPS. 

 

Undelivered/ Refused Packages

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee, and a gift card will be issued for the remaining amount of order total minus the shipping fee. 

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order including all unit #'s.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

International Shipping Policy

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. You (the buyer) authorizes Fashion 235 to import the goods on your behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Fashion 235 may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods, no exceptions.
